The City of Chino is centrally located in the Western portion of the Inland Empire, in the lush valley below the San Gabriel Valley Mountains. The City of Chino is within 30 minutes of 21 private and public colleges and universities. Chaffey College opened a satellite center in the city and built a $4 million information technology center in Downtown Chino. Chaffey College also plans to build a 100-acre campus in Chino to serve local communities.






Vernal is situated in eastern Utah, on Hwy 40 near the Wyoming and Colorado borders, in Ashley Valley. It is the gateway to both the Dinosaur National Monument, 20 miles east, and the Flaming Gorge National Recreational Area, 35 miles north. The geology of the region makes it of interest to dinosaurs lovers and geologists alike.

Vernal is bordered on the north by the Uinta Mountains, the largest east-west trending mountain range in the Western Hemisphere. The Book Cliff Mountains to the south are a spectacular view, complimented by the Blue Mountains to the east. It is bordered on the south by the Book Cliff Mountains and the Blue Mountain on the east.





The world’s discovery of Festival City USA continues and Ed Patel of A&S Management wants to be on the upswing by offering visitor services to those who flock to the area to take advantage of arts, culture, recreation and a host of other local activities. Patel broke ground in Cedar City recently for a new 86-room Comfort Inn & Suites on the east side of Interstate 15 at Cedar City’s south Exit 57.

The inn will help meet Festival City USA’s growing demand for lodging during the busy spring and summer seasons that bring visitor’s from all over the country for the Utah Shakespearean Festival, the Utah Summer Games, the Neil Simon Festival, Groove Fest and many recreational activities related to the area’s many state and national parks.
